Billy’s Cafe is a true hidden gem in Brighton! The service here was great—everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, and our food arrived surprisingly quickly. Every dish we ordered was delicious. We tried the Hungry Man Burrito, generously smothered in savory country gravy, and it was yummy. I also enjoyed a half order of the stuffed French toast along with biscuits and gravy, and both were exceptional in flavor. If you haven’t tried this local cafe yet, you definitely should.
This was my first time trying this cafe in Brighton. And I am hooked!! I love the atmosphere and the staff are friendly and pleasant. As for the food, it tastes like home. I had the chicken fried breakfast with a side biscuit. Definitely will be returning and bringing friends.
Recently, I was in Brighton and we were looking for a place to have breakfast. That's when we discovered Billys Cafe. I must say that the breakfast we enjoyed there was exquisite, simply delicious.
This is a wonderful local diner with small town atmosphere and great food. The corned beef hash was perfect; proper balance of corned beef and potatoes, crispy on the outside, soft and tasy on the inside (not too salty). The home fries had the right amount of crisp. The blt was a perfect balance of mayo, bacon, tomato and lettuce, with a generous helping of fries. Super attentive wait staff and fast cooking. I look forward to coming back!
First time stopping in here, food was delicious! So glad we finally went, will definitely be back.
Billy's in Brighton Colorado gets five stars across the board because of great service, great seating areas, great ambiance, great location to take your family, and great food! All five stars on everything. This is also a locally owned restaurant. I loved it! I went to breakfast on a Sunday with a friend. It was wonderful and I could see taking my children to this restaurant.
Delicious diner food! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're visitors from out of town but will be back if the occasion arises.
Love this local gem! I would highly recommend making this a stop. The gravy, green chili, coffee, all of it is excellent. The service was great and we will definitely be back.
